Hi, I’m Lucio!
I founded Hourglass Impact out of a deep passion for protecting our planet and because, as an entrepreneur, I’ve often found myself wishing for advice from someone more experienced but not knowing where to turn. Nature and climate tech founders face even bigger challenges—navigating an evolving, unpredictable industry without a guidebook. I believe we can change that. Together, we can make entrepreneurship in sustainability less intimidating by creating a support system that provides the guidance and expertise founders need to thrive.
As a former entrepreneur and corporate marketer with an analytical background in investment banking, I’ve founded and led a successful marketing agency. My work included creating large-scale, immersive events that redefined digital advertising and producing memorable product launches for clients. My expertise spans corporate strategy, product management, business development, and AI integration. Within Hourglass, I mentor new founders, sharing my experience and helping them bring their ideas to life.
